Plot : Allan is every inch the prodigal son, save for the fact that his father is destitute. Dadoy is a street-sweeper who exhausts all his resources to be able to afford his son’s education and satisfy the boy’s whims. Despite all his efforts, Dadoy is unappreciated by his son. Because of Allan’s impractical goals and selfish ambition, Dadoy pushes himself to work harder, putting his own health at risk.
