Plot : Charo is a marine life researcher, who travelled to different places in the Philippines. She meets an old man (Mon Confiado) in Tawi-Tawi who gives her an amulet that she soon believes gives her protection. She puts her faith on the amulet, which ironically led to a series of misfortunate events in her life. She lost her job, mourned for the death of her father, and acquired hypothyroidism.
