Plot : Faith (Maxene Magalona) and her family promise to take care of Niño (Yves Flores) , her adopted brother who is suffering from a disability that hinders his intellectual development. When Faith’s parents become too busy with work, Faith willingly takes it upon herself to look after her brother. Soon, Faith allows Niño to work for her coffee shop, where the latter meets Angel (Kira Balinger), an employee who also has special needs. Upon learning of Niño’s budding romance with Angel, Faith’s parents are struck with worry. Afraid of what their relationship would bring, Faith’s parents then decide to have Niño undergo vasectomy without Faith’s knowledge.
