Plot : Having been spoiled by her parents since childhood, a sickly but bubbly Joanna grows up lazy, dependent, and resistant to doing household chores. So when she heads out on her own and starts to build a family, Joanna finds it hard to be the responsible wife and mother her husband Allan expects her to be. Her motherhood to her two sickly daughters is soon challenged when Allan loses his job. Joanna is forced to work all day long, not realizing that she is starting to neglect her children. Joanna starts to become money-oriented and later on accepts her aunt’s free education offer and enrolls herself in a caregiving institution. In hopes of a brighter future for her children, she indecisively flies to Kuwait and takes a domestic job offered by her all-around housemaid mother-in-law based there. Away from her own children, Joanna endures a disparate life as an all-around nanny to two Kuwaiti children. As the days pass, Joanna forms a tight bond with her employer’s children, who eventually adapt some Filipino values and love singing OPM songs with her. Meanwhile, she misses out on her responsibility as a mother to her own children. Her documented videos with the young Kuwaiti girls soon become viral online, causing her daughters to feel jealous and become distant to her. After four years of serving as a nanny and mother to her employers, Joanna then realizes the value of motherhood and decides to go back to the Philippines to make up for her own family.
